Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  •  All orders are fulfilled directly from our UAE facility.

  • Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed and handed over to our courier on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
  • Our Time Zone is GMT+04:00 (Abu Dhabi).

2. Delivery Timelines & Coverage 

  • To ensure safe and reliable handling, we offer the following delivery options:

  • Next-Day Delivery (Major Cities): Delivered between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM the following day. This applies to city limits within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote locations (e.g., Western Region, Hatta, Al Dhaid, etc.) are fulfilled twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Please notice that an additional shipping fee of 20 AED will be added to the base shipping rate. This will be collected sperately.

3. Delivery Attempts & Protocol

  • Our courier partner will make a maximum of three (3) delivery attempts.

  • The first two attempts are standard route stops. If both are unsuccessful, a customer care representative will contact you directly to schedule the third and final attempt.

  • Proof of Delivery: For security, our couriers will capture a photographic image of the parcel at your door upon successful drop-off.

4. Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

If an order is returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, or if the delivery is refused without prior cancellation, the package will be Returned to Origin (RTO). Customers who provide incorrect shipping information or fail to receive their order may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

5. Payments

For your convenience, we support Cash on Delivery (COD). If you prefer to pay by Debit/Credit Card at checkout, we offer secure digital payment on our website in partnership with Stripe to process your transaction via your preferred card or digital wallet (Apple Pay/Google Pay).
